At Hope on Wheels, we believe everyone deserves safety, compassion, and a chance to breathe. We're a mobile outreach unit bringing warmth, dignity, and vital support to people facing homelessness, addiction, and crisis in rural Alberta, one mile at a time.

Meeting people where they are

Our biggest difference? We meet people exactly where they are — literally — with warmth, dignity, harm-reduction tools, and essential human connection. We fill a critical gap by reaching those in small towns across Alberta who struggle without access to shelters, detox centres, or basic support. Every person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.
