Every day, people in small towns across Alberta struggle without access to shelters, detox centres, or basic support. Many are alone, unseen, and fighting battles no one knows about. Hope on Wheels is here to bridge that gap, offering compassionate care and essential resources where they are needed most.
What We Do
Outreach Kits
Hygiene, warmth, food, and essentials delivered directly to people who need them most.

Our converted shuttle bus or motorhome travels to rural communities, offering a range of crucial services designed to provide immediate relief and long-term support. We meet individuals where they are, offering a lifeline of hope and practical assistance.
